Cancelling before delivery
Contact sales@ecoscape.co.uk or +44 1706 364 637 as soon as possible, quoting your order number. If the order has already been dispatched, we will explain the return or collection process. Dispatch does not end an eligible consumer's statutory cancellation right.
Your consumer cancellation right
For eligible online goods purchases, your statutory right to cancel without a reason lasts until 14 calendar days after the day you or your nominated recipient receives the goods. For goods from one order delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item.
We additionally allow consumers 28 days from delivery to notify us of a change-of-mind return of eligible standard goods. In the additional goodwill period, days 15–28, the goods must be unused, uninstalled and in resalable condition. These conditions do not restrict your statutory rights.
Ecoscape arranges collection through our delivery partner. Please make the goods available within 14 days of notification. Delays by us or our delivery partner do not invalidate an otherwise eligible return. For change-of-mind returns of Bin Storage and Outdoor Kitchens, the £35 collection charge for standard National or £35 Remote deliveries, or a charge equal to the quoted outward delivery charge for bespoke-quote destinations, is deducted from your refund where chargeable. See Refunds and returns for the full postcode list and refund timing. No change-of-mind collection charge applies to faulty, damaged-on-arrival or incorrect goods where we must bear the cost.

The Refunds and returns policy explains handling, direct return costs and refunds. Genuine personalised or made-to-specification goods may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation where the law permits and the exception was explained before purchase. Standard catalogue size and finish choices do not by themselves remove cancellation rights. Rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.
